Not sure if anyone can help my system has worked perfectly for the last 3 years but has suddenly started playing up. I have a pioneer d/din stereo & fli audio twin sub, the problem is the bass doesn't sound right & the only way to get it to kick in properly is either turn the stereo up full volume & then back down or oddly turn on my ( hid) headlights on & the voltage kick seems to bring the bass on.
Is it the amp in the stereo going possibly as once the bass is on, it sounds fine & stays on
