I have had these fault codes on vagcom and when i delete them they show up again straight away before ive run the engine again!!

as they're all short to ground does this indicate an electrical fault? possibly fuel pump relay? as the choke is always on when first starting up even on the hottest days.... and sits at 1200rpm for a few minutes...
here are the codes i get:
17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)
