Stereo playing up

Mk3.. could be ignition switch, they are known to be troublesome and the car may start etc but the power to radio is sometimes dropped due to contacts inside the switch wearing out, you can buy new switch for 5 or 6 quid on ebay etc, bit of a pain to replace but do-able, if you need a guide let me know and I'll link you to it, or as a temp fix you could run a new 12v ignition live up to the radio.

cool  many thanx for ur replay, will investigate ignition swich! , and will let u know if i will have problems! as its very annoying when u listening music and suddenly will cut out, then i put it again and it might play for ten min and then its off again, but power is still on , its just radio and  music is off!  thanx again
