looks like elsawin is missing the 'bog std spec' mk3 radiator fan diagrams, they're all for the VR6 as you can see they include the electric coolant pump :(

need to work back from your wiring i think, the trouble is some ABF looms dont have the rad fan after-run fitted, i might have a couple radiator fan control unit looms kicking about somewhere though i did do a massive wiring loom clearout the other day

oh, the switch kicks in at 100degrees. can test the system by earthing the wire :)

Thats high. I've tested it and it does work when shorted. Just haven't had it kick in on its own yet. Or haven't heard it.
