Will let you know, cheers mate.
Dad got a TB today, went to turn the car round, went onto the road and it died. Rolled it down the hill, stripped it there and then and then found it was the wrong throttle body.
My fault, should have checked. It's off a 92 so therefore has less pins then the one I need. I swapped the top of it over though containing the injector.
No help.
Eventually got it going and it took 20mins going round quiet roads to get 20seconds up the road. Used an amazing amount of fuel.
Disconnect O2 sensor, no change. Changed temp sensor, no changed. No visible airleaks unless it has a massive manifold leak, not detected by spraying carb cleaner all around it.
What else can it be? Changed the fuel pump relay as there was a spare (working) in the car, no help. There was fuel in the pipes up top when I took them off. It's also using stupid amounts of fuel, so I'm positive the pump is OK.
What else can it be? Unless it really is something like the distributor or leads, but they are all sparking.
Timing is fine.
Have to get it returned and get another elsewhere.
