Browsing IPod playlists on the RCD 310 doesnt seem to work

Hi all,

Anyone manged to browse IPod playlists on the RCD 310?  I saw an old post saying that you turn the right hand knob on the front pannel to browse folders/playlists but this only seems to scroll up the songs.  A bit annoying when youve got 10K songs on there!!

Please someone help me and assure me I haven't made a mistake in not getting the RCD 510 touch screen when the car was new.

Are you just using the standard VW media Pack kit?

I have just upgraded one in a 2007 RS4   to a dension gateway 100 for the exact same problem.......
