what new headunit?

gonna getmyself a new headunit and give mine to the mrs for her 02 punto.

the one i have in at the moment is pioneer, so will i be best sticking with pioneer due to the wiring or will any fit?

what headunit would you recommend me? as long as it has outputs for 2 amps, plays cd's and looks pimp.  can stretch to about 150 english pounds.

link me up coz i dont know anything when it comes to stuff like this.

Any headunit will fit due to most, if not all manufacturers using the standard ISO connector.

Personally I would opt for any Alpine as they are the best headunits pound for pound, and the forum gets free delivery from www.caraudiodirect.co.uk plus they are also the cheapest internet based shop I've found.

cince iv had an ipod only HU id never go back! so easy to use and you dont need to fanny around with cd's you can get a cheap/old ipod from ebay just to leave in the car!

most decent HUs come with usb and ipod ports nowadays anyway, and are still quite cheap, i had a look in halfords yesderday for ideas

i agree with above, alpine or pioneer for sure
