New Audio - IS it as simple as Plug & Play

had a few mins at work and have decided the first purchase for my new MK4 T GTi (Golf) will be the stereo.
I've had a read of a few thing on the site and it seems getting a branded (Pioneer) i wont need to buy a cage.
so to make sure i'm just asking 1) for your help if i need to buy anything else 2) if you thinkits a good System 3) anything i've forgotten

i was going to get the BT (Bluetooth one but tbh for the extra ££££ seem pointless

Once i buy this i wont need a cage correct but will i need the surround ?

you won't even need a surround it will fit perfectly and the pioneer uses the surround it comes with all you will need is an aerial booster

Brand new it will come with a pioneer Cage.

Your standard golf cage probably won't allow the pioneer to lock in.
