Dodo Juice 200ml
« on: 25 May 2010, 22:08 »
I'm considering purchasing some purple haze which comes in 200ml form. My question is how long does it last, enough for more than one application?

Mate, i bought the 30ml panel pot of supernatural and i've done 4 coats on my mk6 and used less than a 3rd of the pot! you only need a little bit, i was amazed after i saw how small the panel pots were i thought i'd only be able to do exactly what it says on the tin but i was wrong!
Hope this helps!

purple haze is 250ml and purple haze pro comes in 200ml

if you put 200ml of purple haze on your car in one go i will beat you with my rotory.

jokes aside you will get between 25/30 layers if you apply it correctly.

havent used black hole personally but have read very good reviews about it.

PH is an awesome wax
PH pro is smoother in consistency and will give you a bit more durabilty over the standard PH

I have been Reading on the forum & it mentions appliying with a buffer. I have always applied by hand using applicator pads & microfibre towel to remove, does this sound ok as I'm trying to get rid of sone swirls too

applying glaze by hand is fine and will give good results but your polishing stage needs to be spot on to acheive this, you'll get a deeper gloss by applying it by machine ie DA or rotory, if you havent got one its still going to look very good applyed by hand
