weird brake fault HELP(pedal down to floor)

Because when we changed Barry's brakes over he took his car to a normal backstreet garage to get his brakes bled.  They couldnt do it blaming it on a knackered master cylinder.  He rang round lots and lots of vag specialist garages and they all said that they are absolutely bullet proof and have never come across a knackered one and would put money on it not being the case, needless to say it wasnt it was just the fact the garage didnt no how to bleed the brakes properly.

Also im sure if this guys master cylinder was gone he wouldnt just have the problem a couple of times when on full lock like described

I FOUND PROBLEM, i could not belive it when i saw it, i got chance to get it up on ramp with someone lock to locking it, it is the calaper(bolt on the pipe) hitting my anti roll bar drop link bolt, there for pushing the piston back.this is because i fitted ajustable drop links as my car it quite low and the drivers drive shaft used to hit the antiroll bar, im going to try a get some steering rack restrictors or shorter track rod arms, anyone know if these are made for the mk4, i know they used to be fitted to a ford ka if a the genuine ford bodykit was fitted to stop the wheels from scuffing.
