Hi there

My drivers side window has stopped working, could someone advise me which coloured wire i need to locate to check for a split, and also other than the wiring thru the door where else to check to solve the problem?

Thanks in advance

Get a multimeter and check there is voltage at the wiring plug on the motor when you press the switch. If there is then the motor is probably seized. Also have you swapped the switches around to rule that out.

regulater or motor seized most probably if you have voltage at the plug.
Every now and again mine works again so im gonna strip it out on a dry day and see if i can free it up.

mine was fuse ...cuased by short circuit reverse light switch

heated washers and reverse switch share the same fuse. Is fuse OK?
