Finally got one at a bloody good price too! Anyway minor problem installing it. Has anyone got this unit?

where do I start? I cant seem to access the phone part? have updated the firmware and nothing? pressed reset button and nothing happens apart from it turns off and on again? ppl say I need to get a bypass?

have you connected the handbake wire to earth if not then you will not be able to access the handsfree or watch dvds or use the sat nav
the handbrake wire is a light green and you just need to join it to the black earth wire in the stereo loom

Yeah the penny dropped and figured it out...bloody ace unit would recommend it to ANYONE wanting complete entertainment. Even sounds good if I turn my amp and sub off!

off ebay and now that I have figured it all out ie watching dvd whilst car is in motion or not its fookin ace!!! 450 cost me and worth every penny! Mite even get rid of me amp and sub it has real great drive power to power all speakers compared to my silly kenwood w7031

Has anyone else had this or a double din as for some reason mine doesnt sit right? Mine seems to have a lot of movement in the area and as result doesnt sit right and when put right it just slides down?? Are there any steppers or anything out there?

I got one of these too, can't recommend them enough, quality piece of kit  :cool:
