mp3 player to cd player - what port?

hey all
as above really, ive got a jvc cd player in the car, but want to get rid of cd's as i fook em up all the time.
now there is no usb port i dont think on my cd player (i have the 1st gen ipod shuffle) and im not sure what port to stick it on the back?
i cant remember what ports i have on the back, but thought if i ask you lot ya may know?

i'll have a look at the back of ot later to see what i have available and update this thread.

but i found this on ebay - would this work if i had one end in the earphone plug on the ipod and the other somewherre on the cd player??

Yeah find out what you've got.

USB or 3.5mm Jack are probably gonna be ya only options.
