Any tips for getting the paint off? Mine have peeled really badly - there's more unpainted bumper than painted bumper now. I've had a go with a stanley knife blade which is fine on the straight bits, but not very nimble in the curves!
sand it off dont paint over any loose or flakey bits of paint you will be asking for problems.
sand it of then use a good 2k/etch primer, use a few coats and get good coverage (dont forget a guide coat on the last coat)then when dry wet flat (800 grit) then its ready for your paint and clear coat.
for cleaning use panel wipe/spirit wipe.
