It does not matter who is buying cars!! also if someone is stupid enought to buy a. 7k + car without a valid HPI check is mad. i can understand the reasons for your concern but there are alot worse thing then just selling a blank book pack. It not like im selling something that anyone cant go to the dealer and buy freely like you said.
If your buying im selling!!!!!!!

I don't understand the beef here.  He's selling something on ebay that you can buy from a dealer but will hopefully work out a little cheaper on ebay than it would if someone bought it from the dealer.

My last car was an import and only had the service book and the manual.  Didn't have the wallet or the maintenance booklets etc.  I'd probably have bought a proper set off ebay if it had come up  :undecided:
