Any input on the procedure of taking the plastic engine cover off please?
Dont fancy breaking anything by pulling to hard.
Thanks in advance peeps!

And when the cover is off, smear a thin layer of silicone grease over the four posts and rubbers.  Do NOT use any petroleum based grease, such as copper grease, moly grease, or general wheel bearing grease - because it will rot the rubbers.  If you havn't got any silicone grease, then log onto www.Cromwell.co.uk, find your local branch, and get an 85g tube of Rocol Aqua-Sil - for a 'home user' a tube will last ages.

EDIT: download the 2009 Cromwell pdf - http://www.cromwell.co.uk/images/publication/pdf/cat2009/07.pdf - page 1290 (bottom right) - product code ROC-770-6140Q - £10.60 (plus Darlings dibs)

Just be sure to lube the rubbers before you put the cover back on as it then makes any futher removal much easier.
