Title: Problem???
Post by: WobGTI on 14 September 2008, 19:01
Hmm, guys on my drive to Bournemouth on Fri, I might just be being stupid i dont know but....

3rd/4th gear with full throttle i swear when the engine hits 3k rpm it sort of hesitates and im sure I can hear the turbo changing pitch? It's very minimal and maybe its just because ive driven it loads now that im noticing little things more?

Any ideas?  :undecided:

One huge spliff.  When it started, I reckon it needed a rod rest.  And doncha just love the selotape holding it together - when he gets down to that, it will be rather disgusting - still, he'll be well stoned by then!

Yup.  And CAN-BUS too.  :nerd:

Not personally, but unless they are genuine Ross Tech leads, they won't work with the latest release of their software, and you won't get any tech support, like you do with the genuine ones.  So fcuk eBay ones.

Huh . . .

All you need is the "HEX+CAN to USB".  Not cheap, but it will do all the modern stuff, and will even fault code read non-VAG stuff too (using the OBD-II protocol).
