hi fellas,
Can anyone tell me what postal service power bulbs use to send their orders?
Cheers
-
Does their website not tell you? Or the company themselves if you ask them?
-
i have used them and had no problems, not sure who they use mind
-
The website doesn't say. I've ordered loads of things recently, but I have the feeling they have used parcelnet.
I live in an apartment block, and they left a little note if my postbox. Because I was out they left my package on top of the post boxes. As you can imagine, it's not there any more.
-
thats not good, get on to them and see what they say! might sort you out with some more :undecided:

Ahh yeah, got their number, I just can't ring the courier.
I'm going to give powerbulbs a bell tomorrow, see what they say. Only thing I know for sure is that I'm not at fault as I'm entitled to be out, but parcelnet should have not left my package in a communal area.

ah sorry mate; misinterpreted your post
i thought Powerbulbs used Royal Mail? most of my bulbs have come via post :undecided:
as you say get onto Powerbulbs as they'll have a tracking number
-
Well they can never prove I collected the package, so they're going to have to re-deliver.

only if someone hasn't signed for them. have you asked your neighbours??
-
The note said they left the package on top of the mailboxes. I live in a huge apartment block, with all the mail boxes by the entrance and the ground floor. Someone will have come in, and just taken it because it's been left.
Even if it had been signed by someone, if it isn't my signature it's invalid. No one should legally sign for it but the addressee, I think :)

sounds like Powerbulbs will have to claim back from the courier company.
if my neighbours didn't take in and sign for my parcels i'd never receive anything

Hehe, know what you mean. I have 3 parcels to collect from the Post Office. I'm going to get them tomorrow morning, then I can narrow down what the stolen package is :)

surely that would've been the best thing to do before starting this thread?

I was trying to ascertain whether anyone know who courier they use, to try to narrow things down as soon as possible :)

From their website it sounds like normal royal mail but all the mystery may be solved tomorrow
