Title: Im getting desperado!
Post by: JonnoGti on 16 February 2006, 18:11: Guys i sold my Gti mk4 over a week ago. Im looking on ebay and auto trader and nothing is taking my fancy! They are all going for obscene prices and have really high mileage. Got a budget of between Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£5500-Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£8000

Can you peeps give me some links to used Tdi's for sale! Looking for a 5dr Black Gt TDI 115-150..................Cheers guys and gals

:grin: @ Rhyso - Nah, not been as lucky as you think - I got it for under 11k but I thought that was good, cause been looking for a black tdi 130 for ages with low milage and this was the cheapest i seen for months.

Im picking the car up on Sunday - no fancy options just the bog standard GT TDi trim :sad:

I see you got a TDi 130 as well - what spec u got? Have you done any mods to it, if so what? Im interested to know.

it came with a Single CD player above the HU
and the upgraded 16inch alloys

gonna pop to the stealers to find out what the codes mean cos I'm not enitrely sure whats standard and what isn't.

So in regards to modding I've not really had the chance!!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â :grin:

First thing i think will be to get the VW Phatnoise system so i can play all my cd's in the car - check out www.phatnoise.com for more details.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â they are on egay for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£185 rather than paying the Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£600 the stealership want!!Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â :shocked:

then save up a bit of cash and maybe get a remap.....not sure yet!!

know what you mean about the roads mate; used to travel often to Chester and the roads a re a 'mare. Still you'll now have plenty of power to overtake people on even the smallest streches of straight road :evil:
