Title: DSG Only?
Post by: hobbes22 on 31 August 2018, 21:05: Have just been told by carwow that I can now only order a new GTI as a DSG as VW have stopped all manual cars!

Is this true?

Post by: SRGTD on 31 August 2018, 21:25: Production of the non-performance pack GTI has stopped. The GTI Performance Pack model is available as a 3 or 5 door with either 6 speed manual or 7 speed DSG transmission; see page 6 of the price list brochure.

You should also be able to ‘build’ a GTI with manual transmission in the configurator on VW’s website.
