Title: Car tax price outrageous
Post by: Mark b on 31 August 2013, 21:08: My car tax has gone up by a few quid with all the pot holes can't work out why it's so expencive

Non of it is spent on the roads, marely a tax based on vehicle emmissions. I wouldn't mind if some was directly going into a fund for improving road conditions fixing potholes.

Agreed, with ANPR cameras etc I struggle to see how anyone can avoid it.

Theres alway away round it but you have to tell the truth. :whistle: lol ...my 1.1 fiesta was so much better with a xr2 engine...i forgot to tell the dvla :whistle:

Unless you have something like an R reg Passat tdi or something then its £125 for 6months :sick:
