hi i have fitted a catch can been on for over 100 miles and still nothing in it why you think this is
-
mine did this, changed the can and suddenly im emptying it every month or so
-
Its just the warm weather were having. As what's collecting in your catch can is just condensation normally
-
is it one of them cheap ebay cans that don't actually have anything in them?
-

They are the can you can buy off ebay which don't have anythin inside therefore they don't really catch anything
Waste of money IMHO

so how do i get it to work
all you can do really is cut it open and stuff it full of wire mesh and wire wool although you need to be careful of the woll beings sucked into the intake

whats that disc thing? prety sure i dont have it..
-
I haven't done it before so you will have to have a look and figure it out but i would think that you want to put some mesh in first and then some wool and the mash will act as a filter to stop the wool going into the intake. (Depending how course they are)
-
Prob doesn't help that
1) there as a massive kink in one of the pipes
2) you left the pcv valve in there
Or am I imagining things :undecided:

This part should be removed and the pipe goes straight into the elbow
-
And then block the vacuum pipe off (top one that goes to the mani)

top one get blanked and the blue hose goes straight in
-
Yeah but be very careful with the bit you push the blue pipe onto, because it'll be brittle and probably fall apart in your hands

-
Looks better!!!
You can just cut the pipe down and put a bolt in it but I done that and the pressure shot the bolt out!!! So I pulled the nipple out the mani and tapped a thread In and bolted that up instead..... Wish I didn't thou because j could have used it instead of teeing off the fpr
