excuse my simple question. reduces body roll etc? do these make a good difference as ive never known a car have body roll like a mk4?
ive never fitted to upgraded anti roll bar to a car so dont know what effect they have if alot etc?
what brands to reccomend seen the whiteline ones and they come with poly rubbers too.
best and easiest strut brace too? i know the s3 one fits are the ones on ebay any good? thanks in advance again trying to get thigns ready for summer playing

what have you done to your car?
cause anti rollbar on standard suspensions gonna make no difference and standard suspension is pretty terible.
have a look in the maintenence section, theres a thread on different options available.

got new h+r springs on koni shockers. just i could of got coilovers for a firmer ride but dont want that. but the roll is still rather poor

Just bought myself a rear white line adjustable arb Havnt fitted it yet as I'm a bit of a novice and not confident of doing it myself. But I'm hopeful it will make a massive difference my only problem is I have no clue (Havnt really looked to be fair) 1st what suspension iv got as it was on when I bought the car. The front Is fairly low the back is slightly higher. Really need to look into this
-
they are relatively easy to fit just make sure the car is supported safely and WD40 for loosening exisiting nuts.
one of the best things to do on a MK4 a rear roll bar - make a huge difference
-
so if buying 1 at a time youd say rear first?
-
You don't need a front at all really, it's only recommended to buy a rear one to help with understeer. Most people but a front because they want to go lower than 30-40mm suspension wise.

Thought ajustable drop links got around this problem??

To a degree.

where about does the rear anti roll bar goto?? is it to an exsisting mount?
-
The rear beam, bolts up next to your shocks.
Fitting kits come with them.

The main things that have made a difference to the handling of my Golf is fitting the TT arms and a rear ARB

I fitted a Whiteline RARB to my standard suspension'd TDI and the difference was noticeable. IMO its one of the best value for money mods you can do

Really looking forward to fitting mine now. been at the end of my bed for the last month
-
 no matter how long you stare at it it wont fit itself, no pain no gain pal!
