Title: Gear knob

Just bought a gear knob from eBay and I am just wondering which VW it has come from? It's black and has loads of dents like a golf ball? The neck is a lot thinner compared to my old one?

That is a picture of a mk4 knob in a mk3.............

You can buy the knob including gaitor and chrome surround for about £12 on ebay or thereabouts.  :smiley:

Spot on.  :smiley:

I drilled out and Jubilee clipped a genuine mk4 gearknob in my mk3, the dimples match the 6N Polo steering wheel.
