Here you go, a bit if fun, managed to pick these 225/100/22 for about €6 each from an Intermarche in Provence  :laugh:

Ride is fantastic but handling is a bit floaty and I can confirm they are a lot if fun in the wet  :laugh: also no
problem with the clearance on the arches being on the outside  :grin:

I do...But only when holidaying in the UK of course and as I have 22mnth old were be holidaying in he UK for a little while...

+1, I usually have one holiday a year which involves the GTI, get to use it properly rather than just the every day school run, shopping etc..

I couldn't agree more, but I've been fortunate enough to travel to some far flung places on my holidays over the past few years that require a lengthy flight to get there. The downside is I have to leave the car at home.

Might be going to Scotland later this year for a week or two. If so, I won't be leaving the car at home; can't pass by the opportunity of driving on scenic open roads with minimal traffic and breathtaking views.
