I want to de wiper the rear of my golf does anyone know the size of the hole?

24mm grommet (you can get a mixed packet in halfords really cheap) and no sealant needed.

i brought some groumets from halfords for £1.59 now does anyone know how to remove the rear wiper??

Pop the washer cover off, undo the nut and the wiper arm will come off with a little wiggling.

Open the boot, undo the 2 screws inside the grab handles on the inside of the boot. You'll be able to pull the entire black plastic cover off the inner boot lid.

Disconnect the plug for the wiper mechanism and the washer pipe, then it's 3 screws to remove the entire mechanism which will then pull out from the inside. Make sure you block the washer pipe with something :wink:

I would also recommend pulling the pipe off the bottle under the bonnet as well.
