It's not hard to put your food down for 5 mins to deal with a customer, who is paying your wage. It's also polite and good for the company image. Maybe they should get someone else to cover him while he's munching his food and have him eat out back rather than look like they don't care about the customer (whether they actually care about the customer is another matter, but the perception that they do is important - Forum rants for example)

not best please with them myself.
waited over 3 weeks for one package to be delivered, wouldnt of been a problem if they didnt keep saying "it will be tomorow" every other day.
Mike seems a nice bloke and offered me a discount on my next order as i said i was looking at more things but wasnt sure after that service.
It came the time to order my other parts, only 1 out of 3 arrived after being informed they "cant find" the other two. I have a feeling i may be waiting another 3 weeks for these.

Safe to say, i dont think i will be using them again soon.

Just add them to your list of companies not to use ever again, this will hurt them more than you in the long run.

I would never expect to order a part and it take over a week to arrive.. unless it was a part they stated they dont have in stock or is manufactured to order.. simple

this.

if on their website they said they dont have it in stock then its acceptable, its only after your ordered it, and paid you find out its not in stock.

I hate websites that don't have active stock levels to view....hence why I and most(probably) stay away from this type of site...
