How bad are these people there, rang up wanted octane files loaded to the APR map. Rang them lst monday can i book car in for friday, said no and put phone down. rang up again for APR badge, they said we have some but lad you put them away is on holiday and don't know where they are. Won powergasket last week picked it up after work asked if had APR badges said no never had any as they've just started APR again, not what someone else told me. No booked in at psituning for octane files and v-tune loaded and adj water/meth inj to APR map.

:grin: They weren't helpfull when got there had to wait ages for my stuff cos one was scoffing his face and shop stunk of pie and chips. Awesome only by my work so it's handy, rather drive 40mile now to PSI tuning week friday here i come.

Not the first time ive seen a rant about awesomegti on the forums normally its their delivery times because stuff people ordered isnt in stock and they dont tell the customers

It's not hard to put your food down for 5 mins to deal with a customer, who is paying your wage. It's also polite and good for the company image. Maybe they should get someone else to cover him while he's munching his food and have him eat out back rather than look like they don't care about the customer (whether they actually care about the customer is another matter, but the perception that they do is important - Forum rants for example)
