taking the sump off and the last bolt remove in by the gearbox has rounded off and cant get it off,any HELP will be very very greatfull.
THE BOLT THIS WELL STUCK AND VERY TIGHT IS THERE A SPECIAL SOCKET I CAN GET :undecided:

10mm socket or I think 6mm alen key should do it

no good m8 tryed that already its on a slight angel and socket wont quite fit on and its rounded the bolt head and the allen has rounded to as the bolt is so tight :angry:

use a smaller socket and hammer it on, obviously replace the bolt

its hard to get a smaller socket as its on a slight angel so the socket wont sit right.

that might work will have to get 1 tomorrow i have spent allday trying to fricking bolt out :angry: :angry:

if not smack a multispline bit into it and try to get it out if not it may be a gear box out job to get to it properly

use a smaller socket and hammer it on, obviously replace the bolt
its hard to get a smaller socket as its on a slight angel so the socket wont sit right.
put the socket on extension bar and hit it that way, if by angle you mean you have to put socket on at angle?
other than that other choice is weld another bolt to it, mole grips, grind it and use stud extractor for remaining bit

tried that to pal but like i say its the frick angel of it,will try the extractor tomorrow if that does work then its getting blown up :smiley: problem solved.

cant do that either gearbox in the way looks like gearbox out which i do not want to do just for the frick sump :angry:

i finally done it afta two days of trying to get the nut off :smiley:

well done when i done the oil pump that was a pain ok getting them off but putting everything back together was interesting lol

lol i was the other way round hard to get off but easy to get back on what a pain :angry:
