Croydon is awesome.
-
Is there anything left of the cronx since Augusts escapades?
-
Second London init!
I say people are more interesting than land marks!
There are a few hidden treasures.... you know gentlemen clubs in hidden suburbs and such!
-
Yeah, its alright. They sort of did everyone a favor in trying to burn down West Croydon. All the damage has been fixed though. Funny enough I actually walked past Reeves Corner on Saturday as I was in town. There a bit of a memorial board around it showing its past and it burning down, very sad :(

Hustlers Club was never has good as For Your Eyes Only. I was very gutted.
-
Yes I had to go around there and saw the clean up. I have to say Croydon is lively and most people don't feel safe at night, but majority of folks are decent and just wanna get by.
Its surprising the amount of commuters that pass through East Croydon
Well Alan I heard there were a few swinging clubs down there with fit bird if thats even possible!
Theres a place called orange peel I think near Kingston real ropey

Whilst I dont disagree with you in certain areas you name a part of London (apart from central) that doesnt have areas like that. At least in Croydon we have . . . . . . . . trams.

croydon is a sh1thole and always will be

Like I've said before Jules you only have a KFC
-
You should see our fat hoes mate, best in the land and sucky sucky for the cost of a mini chicken fillet burger!
-
I was devastated when KFC upped their price on the mini fillet.
-
bloody hell alan, you are still alive then :lipsrsealed:
-
I've been busy keeping on top of the MK5 section.
-
Croydon :lipsrsealed:
I'd rather be in Lewisham or woolwich, even woolwich is in the "royal borough of greenwich" which puts it in the same royal league as tunbridge wells, yet its still a sh!t hole
-
lewisham and woolwich are also sh1tholes.
-
lewisham and woolwich are also sh1tholes.
I'd say they are better than croydon  Plus greenwich has a hell lot of history, the arsenal, arsenal football club  the thames tunnels, maritime musuem/college, palaces, observatory's etc... Croydan has offices, trams, palm trees and adele

I'm with Alex
Gooners definitly deeper sh!t whole than Croydon then....
-
Greenwhich is actually alright, only problem is you have places like Kidbrooke and Depford which are a stones throw away from it. LOL @ Lewisham being nicer than Croydon, good one.

ummm at what point did arsenal football ground move into the borough of greenwich?!!!!
-
They are originally from woolwich, till they moved and dropped the woolwich name.
Arsenal was founded in 1886 in Woolwich and in 1893 became the first club from the south of England to join the Football League.
I still say Lewisham is better than croydon, however croydon does has palm trees

+1 on croydon slags, I know a lesbian from there

Lewisham is one of the worst places in London. I worked in the Tesco there for a while. The security guard turn over was silly due to injury. They ot paid loads to work there.
I would go as far to say its one of the worst places in the country. Would pick hackney over lewisham all day long!
*edit. In London, not Croydon
-
Croydonia rocks, yeah its a bit ruff in places like Addo and Forny heath but you cant knock it for a good night out or for the fights outside Tiger Tiger.
Its only viewed as a sh!thole becuase it does not have Victorian housing like Lambeth or Southwark which is full of Arty farty types and other usless Lib Dems who think it is cosmopolitan.
I would rather live in Royden than Walworth or New cross as the hoodies there are top draw knuckle draggers and not kids who go to Wilsons or Whitgift and pretend to be Street...
I was born in SW9 and lived in SE5 amongst other choice postcodes, Croydon would be spared the Napalm as it does have some redeeming features although it is in the sh1t ripple I call london.
When I am king the M25 will become a wall like Escape from New York, Maybe South Croydon could be one of the gates

Should be SWINDON!
At least we have a Magic Roundabout!
Swindon is a blot of the landscape  the only thing magic about the roundabouts were the mushrooms in the designers tea
-
I take it you take a different drug everyday, so which one can you kindly admit you have taken today that you shot round the corner in croydon
Lambeths sh!t, we have a lot of guys that use to work one way or another in Lambeth ie, bailiffs, court staff, council staff and all I can say is Lambeth council are utter rubbish. Southwark has some nice parts but now days shortditch is moving up the ladder as well compared to what it use to be.

Inner London is a skank hole, up and coming is just a way of saying we cant afford to live in Surrey so we will sit in our period homes in Brixton pretending we are not scarred to walk down Cold harbour lane to the tube in the morning, then sell up to some mug who thinks it cosmo to live on Landor road and scoot off to the home counties when the money is in the bank......
Its a fecking myth! at least Croydon is 5 mins from the country

So's bromely, actually the night life there has dried up. Anyhow what "recreational drugs" you on that you shot from croydon

-
croydon is a sh1thole and always will be

Where abouts you going, some nice places up Southend/Croham/Selsdon road area, I planned to put the wall up using the A232/Flyover as a natural boundary
-
Its right next to Lloyds park (near the tram stop), on a road off the A212. I personally wouldnt call it south Croydon but thats what i says on the address so Im sticking to it :D
Ill be just outside the wall then, I think we need to rethink its location ;) :D
-
Forget you lot, Slough is the spot... whoop whoop
Crimewatch, The Office, Road Wars and anything else like
that aside it's quality.
Everyday's an excitement, will you live will you die!!
It's the only place on earth where all ethnicities look 'grey'...
Was in the barbers just this Friday and a crackhead came in selling £110
of meat she just nicked from Tesco all for £30... then, rather unsubtley,
indicated she wanted to gnosh of one of the barbers, not a problem ONCE
you've finished my fade bro. lol
Don't get me started on the Windsor ho's... once i finished my course of drugs fom the
clap clinic i'll tell all. Let's just say what they had burnt thru my extra safe Durex!!
-
Ive been out in Windsor haha and ummmmm it was an experience (years ago might I add).
-
you got clap too, was her name Helga, 5'2...wide with alepecia?? i know all those wheelchair tricks caught me out too! Looking all cute stuck in that chair, lookin up dribbling! I blame the Jager-bombs.
-

I know the girl, techniques and moves like a gymnast.
-
I got told I was kissing a girl that looked like Baldrick from Blackadder, I deny it to this day :D
-
lol, thats quality
Joking aside my mate did tear up a full down-syndome 'tard'
enched kissed it in the club, took it home for 'who's your father',
then the worst was when he woke up the next day and they rolled over
and theirs eyes met, he said he was nearly sick... but thought done it once
may as well do it again... terrible!!
It's comon knowledge round Slough/Windsor, he's a legend (to some)!!
-
Bit too much info there.

Do they still have the festival in Lloyd's park? Some good bands have played there over the years and its free........
Ok we can move the wall round a bit just like it was in Berlin, but make no mistake West Croydon is no mans land
-
I was unfortunately working in West Croydon a few weeks ago and was actually asked if I was English by an old boy on site as there was quite literally no others to be seen or heard anywhere. I'm all for multi-cultural living but that place is f**king ridiculous!

that's most building sites mate.
-
Oh I know that but i was standing on the high street at the time and we were quite literally the only white British people in sight.
I can kinda see why that woman flipped out on the tram in Croydon a few months ago.
-
Been to London lately? Esp East and North?
It's normal multicultural society has been there for over a decade its just comming from Kent its alwright down there
If you go to Crawley shopping centre there is hardly no ethnics go to Croydon different story!
My in-laws are in Devon West Country and TBH its Alwright down there as well! Go up North to Leeds in Wakefield loads of ethnics its all general population settlements?
Go down to China Town, there is hardly any Chinese people the Japs, Koreans and Vietnamese they have bought more retail shops than the Chinese!
Try Green Street then you will understand!
