how odd, who swallows a pen by accident.

swollowing a crisp you havent chewed properly is enough to bring a tear to my eye. that must have knaked

I'm more surprised by the fact that the surgeon tried the pen afterwards.  :grin:

When I was a wee lad at primary school I had to have an operation to have a piece of chalk removed from my ear which was stuck right in there. What possesed me to stick chalk in my ear I don't no..... I didn't remember doing it.

When my mum and dad asked how it got in there I told them the teacher had thrown it at me :grin:

On the plus side the next morning in hospital after the operation my mum and dad brought me a new Action Man...!  :cool:
