I like her ar5e
It's had bits chopped smoothed and welded all over, there is one picture of it's engine bay but your right a car priced like this I myself would have alot more pics!!

Wtf was Stevie Wonder thinking?

Why couldn't it be remapped to 292bhp?
-
non turbo... and a map to 292.. na
storm always seem to over exaggerate their figures
bet its more closer to 260 hp... its not even on OEM management

seen quite a few mk5 R32 engines mapped (not sure on other mods nothing major air filter etc) mostly about 280-285bhp mark

Think he's in the habit of telling little White lies? :lipsrsealed:

246bhp... can easily unleash more with exhaust.. manifold.. airfilter and remap..

you on about me ? if so where ?
lies are those that claim stupid BHP figures.... I'm a realist, some people don't like that because the truth sometimes hurts
revo claim 12bhp increase on these with a map, and exhaust will give you little if nothing, but lets say 5bhp to keep you happy
thats not 292 bhp
-
Horrid and £9500 for a Golf, think what that money could buy.
-
fair play
and yea send me some of them pills fella
Gibbo - sorry dude
-
Tbh I can believe 280ish bhp with the mods, stand alone ECU and remap. It's probably set up to be 'peakier' than a standard ECU? More power at the top but less elsewhere sort of thing?
I dislike the rear bumper but like the cut down lights
-
Saw this on ;iston heads a few weeks ago its had a lot of money spent on it, not my cup of tea on the finish but can repect the work that has gone into it.
-
No brown Golf3 will ever be worth £9500.
As the saying goes:
You can't polish a turd, but you can roll it in glitter
Which given the metallic brown of this thing appears to be exactly what's been done here.
I have no doubt it's possible to spend £9500 on a Golf3, but expecting it back suggests a life lived in cloud cuckoo land.
-
Nice finishing and detail work on this car but that ''euro'' look is soo 2003
I did hear lots of LOLZ at the shows with that price tag.
Those rear lights look like seat ibiza items?
ohh and
-
Yes I was on about the person who's advert it is....
-
lot of graft gone into that thing, i'm on the verge of liking it but na. problem for me is when someone customises a car to this extent, I feel they make it personal to them and I wouldn't enjoy it the same.
Yes you are right... But you can still admire a car which has been modded to the extent of the one in question, even if it's not to everymans taste.

DH, DOA and F17BAD, keep the bickering to pm's, as I for one am getting more and more cheesed off with the 'my dads bigger than your dad' comments.

Well said Lewy.
