It has to be issued within 14 days so could take a few days longer to drop through your door !

It will always go to the registered keeper first. If you've moved but not updated your V5 it will go to the old address. Also if the car's leased it will go to the lease company. If you're in any doubt phone your local central ticket office and get them to search under your reg number.

I love how they think it's acceptable to park an ANPR van on a double yellow line at the approach to a roundabout and opposite a junction

To park within 10m of a junction is a contradiction of the highway code. There's their number, reported.

they give you 10% +1 leaway usually  (78mph in a 70, 67 in a 60) but this isnt the law, so they can technically get you for 72.

also, your speedo is never truly asccurate, if you've ever driven with TomTom you'll notice your speed is always around 4mph less than displayed on your dials. fingers crossed you were doing 76 and they'll let you off.

i was in a 60 zone

but clear road ahead and just overtaken a slower moving vehicle and also down hill?? who knows, they may not have even had it set up and switched on as it was about 8:15 am.
