Title: Looking for my old Golf. FOUND IT

Hey guys, Sold my golf at end of march, and I miss it, shouldn't of sold it really. So just want to know what happened to it, it still is insured under the ask mid website.


Number plate is R259 LRS

I would buy it, if price was right.. And nope, New computer and lost everything.  Only have a few photos of it now :(



I bet its getting on now too, i think it had 170k or something like that when i sold it.. It was named Garry Golf.. Don't ask was the missus idea lol.

Ill be happy just to see some photos of it, see how he is :)

If you are serious about finding it I think the DVLA will give you a list of owners for an admin fee (£25 rings a bell).

Yeah, a fair point. I just vaguely remembered seeing a form for the past owners trace somewhere.

I could be wrong but I think you can obtain info on a current owner only if in relation to an accident....

I was just browsing for new seats for my new 1, and when i saw it.. My heart just dropped.. Kinda got tears in my eyes, its depressing! :(

thats good then (kinda) looks like a ryt bodge job,

yh more lows and and some stretch! likin the ronal turbos but tyres dont look right

Yeah, they will be more stretch when tyres are shagged.  Need more lows and deeper splitter
