hi guys so im back and after i sadly sold my gti back end of last year  i decided it was time to put my foot down with the misses i said "wifey im getting another Gti" to which she said "you bloody aint not with the price of petrol" so then cowedly said how about a Gti (non turbo) and she agreed that would be fine.
now between us i could of got a 1.8t and never opened up when she was in it, but.... she deals with our admiral multicar so when i give her my number plate admiral would of told her what it is
so i got a 1.8 non turbo it definitely aint as quick as my 1.8t but its a work in progress
** oh and before you look at the pictures and go oh... realise it does need some cosmetic work and lets face it, it cost me 5 times less than my other one **
so heres the first few pics (from the advert)

until xmas and my wedding in april i will just be plodding through the body work repairing any dings and scuffs
and theres a new wishbone that hasnt been fitted right as its loose so i will repair that this weekend along with a grindy starter motor so out comes the lube and grease
then the list for next year in no order is
CAI (same as the one on my last gti except with blanking plates as no turbo means no DV)
Rs8 wheels
Lowered 50mm
R32 front and back bumpers
R32 skirts
?possibly an exhaust of some sort but im not overly showy anymore?
tinted windows
new drivers seat as mine has small 2 inch tear
smoothed boot
interior re-trim
silver dash and door trim (althou theres no wood in this one thank god, its scuffed and old looking so want the silver set)
W8 Light
Bora Vents if i can get hold of some
Hids
thats all for now if i get chance tomorrow to take pictures i will when im doing the grindy starter motor
