Title: Just had my car scanned by VAG COM

I've had the engine light on my mk5 TDi 140bhp for a while now. Had the EGR valve replaced about a month or two back but it still lacks tht kick. The guy that replaced it told me that hte engine light wouldn't go off as I now need a new throttle body. Is what he said true judging by the below log?

The fault code I was receiving prior to the replacement of the EGR valve was:

Post by: 5aq1b on 27 May 2010, 12:40: I've fitted a new Fuse in the F8 slot as it was blown. Yet to clear the codes but should I notice a difference?

Post by: 5aq1b on 11 July 2010, 12:55: Just had my throttle boddy (IMF) replaced. Will now replace the F8 fuse and clear codes and report my findings soon. So that's a new throttle body, relatively new EGR and a new fuse. Hopefully the engine management light disappears for good!
