hi,ive just bought a 90bhp tdi and ive put a pannel filter in gave it a full service and got it booked in for a map on friday.was just woundering what else i can do to give it a little more.ive been thinkin of a exhaust and bigger down pipe,do these make much difference any help would be nice ,thanks kurt :smiley:

expensive, well depends on how much your willing to spend

some sets on ebay go for 50-70 pounds

its like having a remap without a remap

the 90 and 110 have the same engines, same map, same timing, just different turbos

so its just a straight swap ? i ve got a 90 Beast lol would it make it more nippy off the mark etc  ?

think you'd need it remapped to stop it smoking like a biatch and get it running tidy

been running the 110 injectors for a few weeks now

car runs better, no extra smoke as far as i can see

overtaking is definitely doable now

similar mpg as well

and no, you dont need a remap, if you fit bigger injectors then yes you need a remap

remember diesels run lean in the first place

what injectors can i put into mine? and can i fit the 110 turbo then to make it sort of a 110???

yo dude,

i'm in a mk3 tdi standard 90bhp - running about 120 now. got pp520 injectors from a place in the uk. will give ya the number if needed.

Also, check out www.tdiclub.com - loads of info on there :)

you can fit 110 ahf injectors to make it like a 105 or so

but if you got the turbo, injectors and the ecu i reckon you could make it into a 110

Lol this is very true but it was free so can't really complain swapped it for a competition spec system haha  :laugh:
ive got the AGR 90  :embarassed:

what injectors can i put into mine? and can i fit the 110 turbo then to make it sort of a 110???

you can fit 110 ahf injectors to make it like a 105 or so

but if you got the turbo, injectors and the ecu i reckon you could make it into a 110


this i shall try, would i need to chsange the injection pump too??
