I was just wondering if we can do the dsg R32 airbox conversion on the tdi's?
not sure on this..help please?

IIRC the DSG mod can be done to ANY Golf except the 1.6

yeah its pretty good - get a bit more noise, bit more air going in. Plus it looks stock!

can you change the whole air box and dsg intake from a 90bhp tdi to a r32 model. instead of cutting the standard box to fit bigger intake pipe?

the r32 airbox is £70 iirc just as easy to cut your std box's opening dead easy and then apply some silicone sealant just to provide a better seal i did that on my 1.8T cut the opening and fabricated the original seal onto and around the dsg pipe and any gaps applied the sealant worked a treat :afro:

i i was you i would just get/order the 3 parts you need from tps/vw and trim your airbox :wink: defo a mod worth doing :afro:
