Ok looking back through there seems to be a million places where people have posted their results but not in one thread so starting posting here along with your graphs
176bhp and 345lbs ft torque
Big thanks goes to everyone at R-Tech and for the hospitality and banter - top lads

345lbs ft torque WOW  bet your happy
-
No, you just wanted to have a thread with your results first!!
I got 188.73bhp @5350, 235lb-ft @ 3650, and a set of curves better than Kelly Brook's ass :afro:
Mods: R-Tech re-map, Forge TIP, Pipercross panel filter, Nology Silver spark plugs, Red I badge to rear

I'll scan my graph in tomorrow, but got 227 bhp & 259 lb/ft. Not bad for the elderly AGU lump, eh?! :P 8)

Here is the link for the wheel power direct from the rr laptop, once I have found my PC I will get the calculated fly wheel results up.

A little pee'd off with it  Hopefully we can find the problem and get a better result. Nick check your pm's
-
I am with Steve as mine wasn't what I expected either. My car ran 185bhp with 209lb/ft. It should of been that from the factory not with a re-map!!! Got to find where I am losing boost from!

Your curve is cracking though. Maybe my spark plugs did help after all
-
Neils car is finding it hard peak over 15psi, once this problem is sorted out it should see 190+bhp, the low down over boost which is not there for some reason is having a knock on affect on the power across the whole band. Since day one it has never boosted like his old AGU.
How are you finding the newer map? which do you fine better? old or new?
Nick
-
240bhp & 265 lb/ft
(http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh252/Rtechremaps/AlenDell.jpg)
That is a cracking curve if I do say so myself :D

i think they did m8 the car runs so much better with them on i would recommend them to anyone

awesome nick this one by far just need to find out this boost prob on the way last night i was in 5th gear doin 50 mph and put me foot down it went straight upto 19 psi held for about 1k rpm then started to drop.
was playin with an m3 on the way home lol got to a silly speed tho.

Here is your wheel bhp graphs m8.
Dotted line = spec1 gen2 running with a weak DV and std filter.
Solid black line = spec1 gen3 remap fitted with new pipercross filter and DV fault fixed straight back to back with thre gen2 in the space of 10 mins.

Plonker that question was to Rob Barley lol.
Now back to you, You should peak to 18/19psi with ease in 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th, If your only getting 19psi max under 100% load andlow rpms in 5th then imo you have some fault finding to do. Jonnyturbo sorted his boost problem out by upgrafding to a yellow spring in his DV, as soon as we did this the reuqested and actual boost matched 100% with a nice peak over boost.

Can't make my mind up to be honest. Differences seem quite subtle, bit more power low down, MPG is still pretty good. Think there might be a little less at the top end now.

is it me or do the agu's seem more torquey then aums ?
Due to the larger ported head in the AGU's??? :undecided:
p.s. That could be total & utter nonsense, BTW! :D

i think that may have something to do with it as the aum's have the smaller ported cylinder head

Get a boost gauge fitted to you babythen bring it to me I will stick a wide band lambda on her and we will get that curve to exactly how you want it on the rolling road plus we will go for the 230bhp barrier. Just bring the bickes, I want to provide the best AGU ko3s maps in the UK   I just need a victims car willing customers casr to play with on the rolling road, The only AGUs I can get my hands on only have a ko3 bolted to them.
What you waiting for m8! just make sure you have a day spare to play.

How close to the 204 Bhp i wonder?

All this talk of RR is making me wonder what the 4mo would push out.....

If its been serviced regularly and is in good order then it should be pushing the 204bhp is was built with. Normally aspirated cars don't normal loose power as long as they are kept up together. With the turbos there are so many sensors and pipework that power can "leak" away in a number of places.
However if you have a MAF issue with the V6 then you could be losing power through that. Get it on the rollers and find out!!

Was there any news on that Santa Pod simulation, using all the results from the RR day? :undecided:

hmm did rich get his car sorted
-
Was there any news on that Santa Pod simulation, using all the results from the RR day? :undecided:
well nick said he couldn't have DERVS vs petrol as they start the rolling road at different RPM's
not sure if he got round to simulating the race anyway
hmm did rich get his car sorted
still off the road until he can afford to get it repaired
-
We found the simulation race would not work right due to the derv starting at 1200rpm and the petrol cars starting at 2000rpm. When Graham gets back I will video all the petol runs, then the 3 dervs.
