Ok so Tuesday put some lowering springs on my brothers subaru legacy.
10x easier then the golf! Front had two bolts at the bottom and 3 13mm bolts at the top and just slipped out! Te backs were about worse tho as the 19mm but and bolt on the bottom just did not want to come off! Ended us using the nut splitter 4 times on one of the bits and then chiseling away the faces and usin the grinder to cut the collor!
Eventually started turning but is one of the worst nuts have come across....not nice when its -2!
Wednesday changed my rear caliper on the daily as it had seized from a broken dust shield! Came along my road in te slush with the rear wheel locked all the way!
Drive to work this morning and the brakes were really soft so had to be careful, got home and rebled the f n/s and r o/s calipers but the feel still isn't very good!
So gonna have a better look on the weekend!
Also won some Cupra e wishbones on the bay!
Ok for £36
And also bought some black enamel paint to tidy up them and the subframe I cleaned up.
Don't k is if its any good but we will see!
And last but not least managed I sell the front and back seats out of the track car so there is finally about of space in the car for me to work!
