not until people have donated towards my respray as thats more important...

anyway, what do you want OEM Nav for, their sh*t.

Well the unit i've been offered has the latest 2011 maps AND it managed to direct the bloke to my house; most satnavs tell people to turn off too early or too late    Also its about £200 cheaper than the going current rate......

All academic really as I can't afford it

On my own whilst the missus is out shopping so grabbed the laptop and started going through some things on VAGCOM just cos I can  :nerd:

I think VAGCOM has been updated recently as I could never find the option to code fog lights as DRL's, but it has and the result is this

And a couple of the wind deflectors I recently purchased

Turned it off actually; not quote sure the legality of running fogs as DRL's  :undecided:  Might switch it on for the run up to GTI International tomorrow  :lipsrsealed:

Job for you Monday; rest of the carbon turned up this morning

I think spotlights are legal for daytime driving but not fogs. (I remember Deano & Scott having an argument about the spots on the zafira gsi).

I'm ready when you are for the carbon.
Will the number plate surround come off without the bumper coming off??? Other wise Titchy will be...  ...

Yeah I've had a quick Google on the law but it seems confusing at best lol  :undecided:  I can imagine that argument went on for some time  :lipsrsealed:

Think so; its four screws at the bottom and hopefully just pulls off  :lipsrsealed:  There are 3 clips at the top but I think I can get at them by leaving the bumper in place......lets hope so anyway

Just had another tinker

Recoded the fogs so they are not as brighter; have reset them from 92% to 25%
Also they now deactivate when I indicate and switch on any of the other lights

 :nerd: :smug:
