OEM Flip Camera + Xtrons Head Unit

Anyone have any experience of getting a Mk6 OEM flip reversing camera working with an Xtron's head unit.

I've wired in the supplied CANBUS adaptor per instructions but still don't get a camera signal on the display > any guidance welcomed.
