Hi, Will let you know when I get to work on Monday as I left the invoice there.

If you want to, you could send me your reg and I can look it up on the VW system (I work at a motor factors) Because mine is a 2019 with Petrol Particulate filter, yours may or may not be?

Brake fluid change, surprising how this is often overlooked.

How come new wishbones??

see updated post in the OE damper thread, but basically just wanted to tighten the car up a bit. and at 5 years old they aren't likely to be performing like new.  Also while gearbox and oil were changed it was a 10 min job (for the mate doing them in his workshop  :grin:)

The back bush is really tucked inside the subframe and you can't easily see it until you take them out.  As you can see I'm glad I changed.

5 YEAR BIRTHDAY!!
No fill plug on the gearbox  (thanks VAG) so used the reverse switch to fill it.

What is the in the red circle? I just see a bit of gearbox casing.
Now = 2011 MK6 GTI - Reflex Silver
Past = 2006 MK5 GTI - Tornado Red and Solid Black

It's the normal place for the fill plug on most VAG manual gearboxes, including some fo the MK7 apparently  :smiley:

Looking forward to reading your update EB2019.

Are your keeping the standard rear front LCA bush with the voids - one of the best and cheapest mods I have done was to changeover to the CSS bush - there is a void but it is much smaller, like 95% smaller than the standard bush. No increase in NVH, just crisper, more precise steering 😊

Genuine plug number for my M7.5 2019 PF model 06K 905 601 L crosses to NGK ILFER7C8EG.

Not sure if this is the same for all models as ours has the GPF
