« on: 02 September 2014, 17:58 »
If some have read my previous post I'm getting my AGU mapped soon, at the time I did all the mods 18 months ago(been stored away) I'm sure I read the standard pump was good for high HP anyone know what HP is recommended to be up rating the in tank fuel pump?

no. not unless your going for around 300+bhp.

if you have a spare bit of cash, buy a new fuel pump from vw as over time they do deteriorate and may find that its not working as efficient as it should.

however, speek to your mapper, he will tell you exactly whats best for you to do (thats if he knows his stuff).

As said you wanna replace it really as they can start to fail at lower go due to age.
Just get a sytec one. £60 and good for 500+hp. More then enough!
