FK are far,far superior to Hot tuning etc.
They are designed for motorsport and for that reason along they excel the others.

What is this obsession over wanting to adjust the ride height on a road car?You'll put 'em on, adjust them to the height you want, then you'll leave 'em for 6 months or more and they'll seize solid. Just fit some appropriate quality struts, with some -40mm lowering springs and be done with it. They're much less likely to go wrong and won't die in a year or so.

Well, except the siezy bit - as long as when you fit them you apply ludicrous amounts of copper slip/chain wax they tend to still be pretty adjustable months down the line. The thing is, why would you keep changing your ride height - its just going to do peculiar things to your camber/tracking.
