If i was being sensible then either a V6 x-type Jag or a Saab 93
On the other hand 11k would get you a hand-built shiny little Westfield, 0-60 in sub 5 secs ? yes please

you getting rid of the vr?

if i had that kind of money i wouldnt be looking for a car that had to be 18months or less, id look for a mint older car.
the things i had in mind would be:

e36 bmw m3, you could get a nice s plate for that money!
ltd edition fiat coupe turbo-real nice
leon cupra?
audi s3?
audi a3 1.8t sport?
a really nice golf 1.8t?

i would consider all of those in that order if i had 11k

nice money to be spending on a car.
