Just called customer services and they said that mine is still in the system and they are getting sent out in batches of 200 and they are compling a list of who has recieved and who hasn't.  She also said that they had plenty folk call and say the didn't want a plaque!!

All in all I once again felt fobbed off with a long winded story that is probably half true.  By the time I get this plaque I think I will driving a different car and to be honest the way that VW have dealt with the whole VW Edition 30 shambles means I will never buy another car from them again.  Not only did they lie in their literature they have botched up the plaques issue and from the two times I have had to visit the dealer they have show nothing but complete stupidity and damn right rudeness on one occasion.

Should it come with the plaque already, or would I have to register for it??

Had a letter, phoned and confirmed details, and still nothing 

Will probably have p/x'd the car before we get it!
