go with 10mm on the back and dont worry about how many mm drop you have, if your going with coilovers then the mm should depend on where abouts your happy

fitting spacers alters the suspension geo and also puts more stress on the wheel barings, if you really do have to buy some make sure you get the hub centric type

agreed, but its only like fitting wheels with a slightly different offset to fill the arches as you want
