jabba are the classic charger specialists. I think they have become a victim of their own success in a way and become a bit dull.

http://www.bahnbrenner.com/ are in the US

These guys have been gaining a good reputation

do you know when the charger was last looked at?

ickle bit more? that's 1500 quid!

cheers for all the info guys!

JV - I spoke to pitstopdevelopments, they seem really nice cool enthusiasts. They do a rebuild that's inbetween Jabba's stage 4 and R1, but cheaper...

I think I'll be off to see them next week ;D

they were quite happy for me to hang around a peer over their shoulders while they worked, in their words so they could 'educate me' ;D

I prefer the cottage industry to the big boys every time, especially when they appear to be genuine hardcore enthsusiasts who are not afraid to go their own way to achieve something better ;D

I might be wrong but i don't think c&r do that kind of work. They might just send the charger's to jabba!

Gav, do you know the history of your charger? You could be wasting your money! :)

me wasting my money..... no comprende?   8)

oooh never used the sunglasses smiley before.... ;D

the charger was overhauled by supergolfs about 20k ago, but i don't know how it's been driven since. If its been caned then I want the piece of mind. If I can start out fresh knowing I've got 20-30k of clear motoring then I'm happy.

plus i want to give it a right old beating on the quarter miile at santa pod, and don't think I could bear the humiliation of something going bang...... :o
