TT comps, nice and original  :shocked:  don't get me wrong nice wheel but far too common on mk3's

I think the same mate, but i might just flog em on for a few quid profit, not sure.

well if ya want to flog em, then give them to me! i got a good collection of wheels and tyres now, i might just want them if i get a gti. although mayb i should sort out what i got at the moment. i keep buying wheels cause there a bargain, but i dont need them, so they pile up lol

ohh i need to sell some, havent got that many, but i have for the amount of space i got to store them.

got azev a's, bbs rxII's, steelies off a mk4 with pilot primacys (ideal for spares), cheapy alloys on my 1.4 atm, cant think of any more, but i almost bought another set!! im going to refurb the rxII's and use them on a gti if i get one, then sell azevs probs. got loads of random tyres kicking about too that have come off the wheels.

Im now paying £80 a wheel to have these taken back to new mirror polish. Having all the curbing built up with weld so they should look brand new. Cant wait, although i dont want to use them till april when winters over.......haha

woah! you can mirror polish yourself, it aint hard - just takes a while. a long while.

Just work your way up the grit range, from lowest to like 1500-2000 or whatever the highest is, then get special mirror polish stuff. my m8 got some when he did his.

could save yourself some dough, but if you aint got time or cba, then pay for it.

woah! you can mirror polish yourself, it aint hard - just takes a while. a long while.

This guy will also build up weld and deal with a bit of corrosion, they will look mint as new, not a half assed job that i will do myself. Wait and see.

Becuase i have been there doing the DIY on my 8v, and it just isnt any good. And i have now i got the higher cash flow im going to get a daily and a VR, and do it properly this time, so maybe next year they will be show winners! Or at least just look very fly, hahaha. Still toying with the idea of a rallye as a project car to sit on and watch the investment, but not too sure as i think it will have to wait till i move out. But VR is next best thing, prices are pretty good, seen a nice 3 door black highline for 1.6k, totally standard.
